Kaori's Tuna Mousse

Ingredients

20ml gelatine
125ml boiling water
3 tins tuna solid pack in oil, drained
1 onion, finely chopped
180ml tomato sauce
125ml mayonnaise
3ml salt
3ml pepper
15ml chopped parsley
15ml vinegar
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Method

  1. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water and set aside.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl (3 L). Add gelatine to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Place in an oiled JEL RING and allow to set in the fridge.
